Is it something i need to thighten or something. I don't want to screw it up. can someone help me please

You have been around Rovers to know that they will leak to keep up the olf UK image.
Your t/case is leaking, it is normal at some point and not a big deal.
You need to change your fluid if it hasn't been done in the last 20,000 miles and check it once a week or two and see what volumn you are actually loosing. May find you need to add every 3 or 4 months and if the drip marks don't bother your, you're OK if it is a bother plan on pulling the case and have all the seals replaced, cause they all will leak at some time.

Hay don't worry about it, they're supposed to leak - it's an anti-corrsive measure

Nah, seriously don't worry about it I don't think I've ever seen a Land Rover that didn't drop a bit of oil from somewhere, it's all part of the course.

Went to a British car show in N. Georgia this past weekend. Looked in the engine bays of some pristine MG's. Guess what, they were leaking too! My t-case leaks too. Just a few drops that dangle off the bolts.
