Hmm...Is that a Front or rear tire? If front, does the truck pull to one side when you brake...if so...you might have a brake-line puncture. I'm thinkin worst case scenario, it could be that someone just spilled something on the rim in tha parking lot yesterday.

Check for stiff steering...you might be leaking power steering fluid...leaky hoses are common...just hope its the hoses and not the box itself

hmm..that could be it...check both hoses and hose clamps under the PS Resivior then follow them back to the box and check the clamps there

my leak looked the same when my swivel seals were bad (got that fixed with the swivel preload but i'm sure it can go without the preload needing to be reset)... of course it is most likely something else leaking, oil or steering like the other people said...
