Default Lifted? Kalahari?

So I'm puchasing this new Rover (if things go through) and was wondering if it is lifted or not. It's an 02 Discov2. I just noticed that I think it is up 2 inches. I haven't had time to talk to the dealer yet.

Also, does anyone know what wheels/tires these are?

Hmm, I see "SE" I think on the side.. but the bumper looks like a saudi bumper, and the rims look like kalahari rims.. cant tell if it has the saudi grill and rock sliders (think they come with sliders)... As for a lift, not sure, but the tires look bigger than stock at least. Any more pics?

Ahhh I had a feeling it might have been but then I started doubting myself. Ya sure?

Hmm I wonder what it's worth. It has 34k miles on it, it's a 2002. Dual sunroofs, etc.

Kalahari's came in both borrego yellow and alpine white.. other features include:

- black saudi bumper and grill
- black steel roof rack w/ steel mesh floor (Looks like they took it off)
- Black steel wraparound brush bar, lamp guards and rear ladder.
- 16-inch “Typhoon”-style alloy wheels with black painted spokes and polished outer rims. 255/65R16 H-speed rated tires. (The black is more of a dark grey, ive seen them in person also)
- Kalahari badge featuring each vehicle’s limited-production build number.
- Front and rear fog lamps.
- Integral Class III trailer tow hitch receiver.
- Optional equipment: Active Cornering Enhancement (ACE), Self-Leveling Rear Suspension (SLS) and Cold Climate Package (includes heated front windshield and heated front seats).

If you look at that truck, a few things that I noticed from the pictures:
- Front fog lights are f'd .. you noticed that already
- Top binnacle switch on left hand of steering wheel looks like its coming out (which is easy to pop back in.. but I wonder what they were doing with it)
- seat looks like it has a stain on it
- top of ladder looks like it has rust

None are major, but a good way to get them to knock some more money off of it.. Is it still under warranty? Isn't standard LR warranty 5years or 50k? Are you buying it through a LR dealer?

I'm buying it through a "Luxury Car" dealer. It's one of the most reputable dealers in the Mid West.

I'm a little cautious though, because it's only priced at 14,900....Seems low. Although, their other rovers are priced low too.

There was a 2002 DII on here a few weeks priced at 9k, prices are going down... I think there is a flood of DIIs coming off lease now and prices are low.. Check it out, check out carfax for it.. see what kinda dealer records they have, call the dealership see if they can check the maint. records.. and try to work the dealer down to 12-13k if you can

The ladders come like that stock without a roof rack on several editions.

Hence the "Trail" edition.
