Default Lights! no lights

94 Disco

Started up the truck tonight, to find no instrument lights.
Got home to find no passenger side rear lights either.
Fuse for instruments is intact, fuse for taillights blow.
So I replaced the fuse. It blown. I don’t know why but I put in another fuse in, it blow. and the passenger side brake light bulb blow. Now I no longer have taillights on the driver’s side.
And I still have no instrument lights.
Please guys where the hell do I start???

Had exactly the same probs on my '91 Disco and solved it by repairing the taillights mass cable, leaked on brake and low lights. Interior lights are on the same fuse as the left hand low lights.

Probebly the interior lights burn weak as you brake?

Hoping this is yout prob to, easely cured with cleaning light poles and new fuse.

Greets

Right I've got to the bottom of it.
I pulled the fuse for the trailer wiring put the 10 amp fuse back in for the rear pass' side light, and bingo all came back on again. Rear lights, instrument light, and the beep beep sound to say I've left my lights on. Thanks for advise given.
Next question any known wiring issues with the trailer wiring I should look at.
