Default Lock, Alarm problem

My power locks are malfunctioning well sort of I think my neighborer's key fob
is locking my disco my fob hasn't worked since I got the truck, I live in the country and have dogs so some getting in it hasn't been a issue.
I would like to disable the power locks and alarm e.g. pull the fuse I don't think
it will be quite that easy but here's to luck.

thanks jed

96 disco I SE auto if that makes any difference.

The left fuse of the top satalite in your fuse box section will disable the alarm/ at least it does on my 95, however it than won't start. Good for parking long term deep in the hood, but not very user friendly on a regular basis. If you want to do without the power locks you probably could pull the central lock fuse and not have the locks work without any other side effects
