Looking to Buy a Discovery

Hi, Im new to this site and I am currently looking for a discovery with around 100,000 more or less miles for around $3,000-$4,000. Most of the price ranges and years I have found in this area are 93-99. My question is which years are better for reliability and efficient service costs, I have been looking at a 1994 Discovery but the owner has 175,000 miles, theres bad oil leaks (I believe around the head gaskets and water pump) but he has new BFG A/T, new rotors and pads, and a Old Man Emu Lift on it. Should I move on from this one? What do you suggest?
