under 10 mph, whether applying the brake pedal or not, something is squealing like Hell from the wheels, im assuming its the brakes. could the pads be loose and are squeaking on the rotors? when i apply the brakes a decent amount, it goes away. sometimes the squeaking is at fairly high speeds of about 45-50. ive tried the no-squeak spray stuff, didnt do a thing. thanks for the help!
ps - im on a college budget, so i would like to fix it myself if possible

Could be you have a caliper that is causing the brake pads to drag on the rotor causing s squeak, make since because it goes away when pressure is applied to the brake pedal.
