Need Help replacing Fog Light Bulbs i Stock 97 Fog lights ?

So , i wake up this morning , and turn my car on, and lights. usually as i walk in , i turn to check the front , to see if my lights are in tip top shape. I noticed , my bottom right fog light was not working. I still can not find a link , or picture on disassembling the fog light , or at least an instructional on the land Rover Lights.
