Default Pop Quiz !

I got thinking the other day, (yep thats dangerous)

Why dont we get a site sponsor to offer a prize to the winner of an on line quiz.

Here is how it might work,,,,,

A group of moderators could select between say 15 and 20 popular questions about our beloved discos, the questions could appear in a new thread and all answers could be p/m back to a certain mail box.

The winner could be anounced and perhaps later challenged for his ultimate knowledge and ability to cheat

The winner & runner up could get a prize and the sponsors could get greater publicity, the site would be greater used and we could all gain some knowledge.

I know I would lose, but its the taking part that counts...right ?

Any feed back....

Best regards,

John, the other British guy in Canada.

Hey man, that sounds like a lot of fun. I would lose to, but still would be fun. But you should post this in one of the general discussion boards so everyone can throw in some input.

Default Sponsor

Maybe Land Rover would sponsor the contest and site.

They could give the winner a few pints of the the dark stuff the engineer who came up with the cork gaskets was drinking that day.

Maybe we could win a sticker or a sugar packet.... Face it they know we are sucked in and don't need to give anything away.

Another suggestion for a prize could be an official letter from a psyco doctor to excuse our behaviour when talking about other 4x4 vehicles with other people at work or home.

This could deal with the uughh ? whats that ? expression you get when you mention a Discovery.

PS : this could also have a use at you bank when you try to explain why you spend so much on "auto parts"

Best regards,

John.
