My power driver's seat of my 96 Disco 1 will move in every direction BUT back. Right now, I'm closer to the steering wheel than my grandmother and need to get it back. Because it moves in every direction BUT back, it makes me think its a connection and not a motor. I took the plate out and wiggled the connections, but nothing fixed it.
Any ideas, Thanks Shamus |

It could be the motor, because the same thing happens with window motors in which windows can roll down using the switch but the motor won't allow it to go back up
