Default Power Seat relays... ouch! Plastic molding around seat?

Ok the power seat on the driver side has magically stopped working... again.

I am assuming reaching under there and fiddling with the relay should not shock the hell out of ya.

I took one for the team... Used some colorful words (some I made up). Well good part is it works now.

Question:

Will the plastic molding around the base of the seat come off without breaking it? I have a nice little spark under there and aside from the burning electrical smell... I might want to get to the bottom of it. BTW... it is not sparking at this moment.
