Power Seat Travel Distance - Land Rovers Only

I have a Disco 03. Does anyone know how I can adjust the power seat travel distance (i.e., new rails, modifications to existing rails etc.)? If the seat could only move back another 1" I could enjoy the drive so much better. Thanks for any advice.

Trust me, if you move the seat back nobody behind you will be very happy.
Hell I am 6'2'' and way to heavy and my seat is fine, get used to it.
