Okay,
I have the code for the radio, but when I put it in the radio beeps once and then that is it nothing else. I have the battery disconnected right now and will try to put the code in again once I reconnect the battery in a little while. Is there any other way to reset the radio? I am going to visit family tomorrow and it's a 1 1/2 hour each way. Would suck to drive without any music. Edit: it is a 1997 Discovery SE7 and has the cd changer if that helps at all |

After you put in the code it beeps only, it doesn't display CODE?
After you enter the code it should beep once and then display the radio station, CD or Weather Band. Have you tried playing a CD? How about WB?

Well I finally got it to work. I unhooked the battery for a few hours, and tried it again just got a beep after puting the code in. I then left the key in the 1st position with the radio turned on for about an hr, then tried the code again and it worked.
