Anyone know where to order the black rubber/plastic piece screwed into the side of the rear door frame? There is a metal housing it closes into when shutting the rear door. Mine appears worn on the bottom and I believe it is the reason the rear door never really seems to shut securely. When shutting it, it never feels as if it has closed completely.

LOL! Mine used to do that until I torqued ALL the bolts/screws/nuts and anything else that had to do with the damn door. Still friggen' rattled...so I wrapped the stem (on the door frame that the door latch closes onto) in duct tape. No more rattle. I know, redneck. But it works. Been 2 years now.

most likely the hinges are bent are broken.
If they are not I will adjust the door. Chances are its not closing right. If you look at it when its shut you will notice it. Not to mention your door strap might be worn as well. |
