In what sense?
I added wheel arch flares to mine, so I cut away about 6" or so all around the wheel arch is that what you mean?

How big are these tires you're planning to put in??? i put 245/75 on my D1 and I only need to trim a little bit of the rear fender (the lower quarter panel section)

You should not have to trim the door for 32's. If it is a D1 you should only have to trim the lower part of the rear wheel arch. If it is a D2, you should not have to trim anything.

this D1 to fit 35x12.50's had to cut about 4" off. it broke the seal on the rear doors and would let water come in between the panels. so he fiberglassed it, when i go wheeling with him this weekend ill take some photos of it.
on my classic i only had to trim the front and rear of the front fender about 1" at the bottoms to fit 33" A/T's. ![]() ![]() |
