Default sea foam

how do i put the seam foam into the throttle body, if the throttle body is sideways???

just sea foamed my friends two jeeps, and it was easy, pour it right in cuz the throttle bodies were facing straight up, but on my disco1 the throttle body is sideways...what do i do?

I take it you have a D1? If so you just look for a vaccum line that goes into the throttle body and then remove the other end of the line leaving it attached at the throttle body and pour it in through the line slowly while making sure the rev's stay up some.

The other part of the SeaFoam process is poor or suck the fluid, slowly into the engine, over a period of a couple of minutes. Use the whole bottle and then turn off the engine for 30 minutes. After that go drive it hard, don't besurprised when you see the amount of smoke you will be making, there should be alot.
Also flush your engine before or soon after the SeaFoam, when refilling the engine, throw a bottle of SeaFoam in the oil and one in the gas tank.
The whole idea is to do this and go take it on a good hard drive, will make a big differenc after that first tank of gas is gone.

Drew~ There is an infamous RoverChic Pic floating around one of these forums that I took of my 1998 D1..It shows the proper place to put the seafoam. Check this website for it: http://www.landroverworld.org/
