Seat repair (lumbar & heater) - Land Rovers Only

The drivers side on my '97 Discovery could use some repair. The lumbar has given out and heat on the seat no longer works. Any tips on how to fix either problem and advice on where to get parts would be great. Thanks, Vince

my lumbar support went out on the drivers seat of my 96' disco too.
i need a new seat though, mines ripped to hell.
