Default Strange Vibration at 55+ MPH

I've developed a strange vibration (almost like a buzzing but everything shakes) at 55+mph on my '99 D1. I thought it was maybe tire balance, front end alignment, etc. so I had the tires balanced and rotated and the front end aligned. Still have the vibes, anyone know what's going on?

U joints
tranny problem
brakes?

I dont think 99's had the rotoflex's so that shouldnt be an issue.
