Default Thermostat probe location??

Ok I just installed a new electric 16" fan but not sure where I should mount the thermostat probe for it. There is a bolt underneath the inlet pipe but not sure if that for an auxiliary probe or not? Please help

Thanks,
Brett

What inlet pipe?
The only extra port I know of is under the thermostat housing, which is a outlet.

That is the radiator hose going FROM the intake to the radiator, coolant always flows from bottom of the engine to the top of the engine, the thermostat is in that bulb looking thing.

I think you have to drill and tap one.
