Default Thule Load Bars.

Just bought a Ladder to put on my 95 manual disco, now I got some Thule High mount gutter feet- just wondering what size load bars to put on them?I have checked Thule.com but there site doesn't handle a 95 disco- Appreciate it.

Default Gutter Feet? sounds like a disease.

Good Afternoon

I've been looking to putting Thule gutter feet on my 98 & 02 Disco's. Thule seems to keep recommending LB65 bar sets for our rigs. Should be able to pick these up at your local REI store.

Did you use the Thule 953 set with the 11 inch rise? Or the 387 with the 8"?

I plan on putting a cargo carrier from Gorack.com on mine.

Happy Landings

Bob

Hey- the 387's are a little too short- go with the 953 11"s and my bars are LB58's worked fine, could even go 60's

I have the 11" Super High gutter mounts on mine and they clear just fine. I think the 8" would be a little too short though. I have the 78" bars on mine. I went canoeing this summer and was able to ge two canoes and a rod tube on the rack. I have no problems with hitting my head on the bars because the truck sits so high anyways.
