Default timing chain replacement

Hi I have a 97 disco and wanted to replace the timing chain and just was wondering how difficult it is to replace it? Any tips?

supposedly you can get in there without removing the engine...which helps alot.
shouldn't be too hard

i had to help my friend do one on his mustang, whole engine had to come out. PITA

How many miles do you have on the truck, do you suppect the chain has stretched?

i have 136,000 and I dont think it has stretched.

i did it on my RRC with engine in the truck, took the better part of a day.
