i have a 5'' lift with 33x12.5 and no sway bars and i have handled it fine at 105 mph, however it is a little squirrely at that speed but no vibrtions. and i can handel it perfectly at 75 or so. this is all assuming that i dont to have to make a panic stop or move. it really depends on your own set up, like i have found that my wide off-set tires help keep it stable at speeds.
