yeah ive heard them but you can hear my turbo inside! is that right?

My experience with other autos is that yes you can hear them inside the cabin.

Yep, I can hear mine (I think its one of the best sounds in the world - just beaten by a V8 exhaust....) Mine got louder when I fitted a K&N filter then got even louder when i put in a boost gauge cos it actually brings the sound into the cab.

So don't worry too much about it as it normal for them to do it (in fact if it wasn't whistling, that would be something to worry about....
