Default Tyre Pressures????

Having bought a Discovery II TD5 ES 7 seater (UK model) without a hand book (Which is apparently unavailble according to my local dealer ) I'd like to find what the recomended tyre pressures are for road use (255/55 R 18 tyres)...... anyone out there that can help?

Or even better anyone with a scanner and a hand book and some time on their hands......

If you open the driver's side door, you should be able to find the tyre pressure info on a small plate attached to the door.
