Default Vacuum Lines

My daughter has 96 Series 1 Discovery with ABS. There is a vacuum line coming out from the dash which connects via a tee to what I think is the ABS control unit. the other line from the tee goes along the left side to the front and then down, unfortunately it does not connect to anything. Anyone know where it should connect.

Sounds more like the cruise control vacuum line ...

Maybe a pic here would be in order.

Might be the lines coming and going from the charcoal cannister. I agree, a pic would be in order to better diagnose.

IIRC the ABS only has "hard lines". Sounds like the Cruise Control line (Black PVC looking type tube) to me as well. It is normally on the driver side, and should end at the Vacuum pump in the front driverside head-light. They crack easily and come off frequently.

You are all correct, it is the cruise control.
Thanks for the replies.
