Default Wee bit'o rust

In started taking out the seats this morning to finish the bedliner application in the truck and this if what I got so far. Anybody got some good tips on building a new floor for a Disco?

my rangie looked like that. I found some old stainless steel conter tops and welded them in. I cut the whole sills out and used thick rectangular stock to replace them. it top a while, especially with an AC stick welder but it is strong and won't rust. you can weld stainless to steel with a steel rod but not stainless to stainless with a steel rod.

Thanks for the tip!

I've been shopping for months now for a welder and I've pretty much settled on a Lincoln MIG welder and I guess now the decision is made for me. I've got several suppliers lined up for the metal sheets and rectangular tubes I'm gonna need since the sills are coming off.

I'll do my best to keep a picture journal of this project. Rust affects all Rovers, could be useful for someone else
