What is the bolt on the valve cover? - Land Rovers Only

Looked under the hood and thought the 4 bolts holding the valve cover down were torx, never paid much attn to them...and it not so... Any idea what adapter I need for them?

the v.c. bolts are a 12 pt. 8 mm socket
