Many of your problems may well result from condensation and general moisture in dozens of electrical connections - I note that you live in a wet area (we live in an even wetter area). Frankly, you will probably always have trouble with locks, window mechanisms, alarms etc. One way to attack, maybe improve the situation is to systematically open & clean (with contact cleaner) every electrical plug you can find. This is tedious and unrewarding work because 95% of the time the electrical connection is fine.
Permit me to suggest that you keep 'Lizzy' for fun and use a Japanese appliance vehicle for everyday use. This approach will save you money and keep your blood pressure down.

dont know howto help you try to clean up all the connections

3)The Rear hatch leaks from the top
replac all the weather seals i just did and it stoped. but then pull your carpet and let it dry out and there is probly rust back there.

4) the Cruise controll cuts out after ahwile.
unless you use it a lot give up on fixing it i did after a year

5) the rear windows finally started working after a month
