What should I have done during maintenance?

Hey guys, as you probobly know(or don't), I purchased my 95 Disco I this summer. It is lifted 2"(or 3" I'm not sure) and is running 33" Interco trxXus tires. I havn't really had any major maintenance, just repairs(go figure? lol). I'm up in the mountains so I'm going to have the oil changed for the arriving cold weather, as well as fluids changed/topped off. I want to have them grease my drivetrains and suspension also, because I'm hearing a grinding/grumbling noise when I let off the gas as speeds usually under 10-15 mph. I was wondering what else, realativly inexpensive, should I have done to my baby? Please list the brands and types of fluids/oils you reccomend, as I'll take note of them when I bring her in. Also, my leather seats are tearing a tad in the front. I've applied leather conditioner to them to maintain the good parts of it, but what options do I have in this area? They're not across any segments, they're isolated. I appreciate all you're input and hope to get some new pics of her up(I know, I'm not the quickest with pics lol).

Thank You, AppStateDisco

Ouch, was that necessary, my eyeballs hurt!

The grumbling sound is probably the sound of the tires.
