You can find the Key Fob on eBay sometimes around $60 +/- and the dealer gets 1 hour labor for the reprogram!.... I think the dealer here gets like $120prhr here.... something like that....
That would be a good deal as the key & fob alone is much more than that at the dealer..... according to my buddy that wanted an extra for his wife!.. still a lot of $$$ I would personally just buy a Viper car alarm and get the fobs for it... and there alarms are much better....
Hi, I lost the actual key to my 1999 Land Rover and I need a key so that I can crank up the truck. What can I do? Is my only option really to have the truck towed to the Land Rover dealership and have a key programmed?
