windows sunroof glass ect.. - Land Rovers Only

ok well i have a few problems and i dont know if they are common or not...

1.pass window rolls down when A. truck gets turned on or B. when i turn the truck off...only happens couple times a week...strange...alarm related?

2.rear pass window does not roll down at all (master or door switch)

3.rear sunroof only opens from the front, but the back switch does not work (the lock is not turned on in the front)

4.pass window squeaks when going up and down, silicone spray to the seals?
