Default windshield wipers 95 disco

Hey y'all

another silly question why at speeds above 45 my drivers wiper wont touch windshield pass works fine all new teflon blades work well around town and when vehicle is parked do ya know if i need a ""FIN"' for it to put preasure on blade I know orinal blades did but wont fit these new ones fron atlantic british let me know if ya have acure for it

There's a spring in the wiper arm that pulls the blade tight against the glass. Maybe it's sprung, worn out, missing?
