Default Won't start

So I decide to keep my D1, pour $$ into the 60,000 mile service, new head gasket etc, and now more problems!

Rear passenger door had to be slammed in order to close all of the way, so I looked at the latch, and there are two screws missing! I pushed the latch, and the lever got stuck so that door wouldn't close. Had to leave in another car, and the rear interior light was on, so I figured I'd need a jump start later after my husband got home and fixed the lever.

Well, jump start didn't start the car, battery reads over 12 volts. Just cranks and cranks but just won't turn over. We thought maybe the security system shut off the fuel pump? Any ideas? Just coincidence that it won't start after maybe draining the battery or is it related? It had been working fine. Thanks.

i would check the voltage while cranking could still need a good deep cycle charge or if the battery is old the slow trickle down discharge may have damaged it.

also check for fire at the plugs and see if the engine is getting fuel
