Like others mentioned a 3" lift will lead to other areas (suspension, steering, brakes) that will need to be upgraded costing more money.
But it's your Disco so check out Terrafirma, Old Man Emu, Fox or Bilstein lift kits.
Some people sh*t on Terrafirma but I've had no problems with my +2" setup.
