2008 LR2 Rear Brake Hose?

Replaced my brake hoses today, 2008 LR2.

I'm a little concerned that the vendor may have sent the wrong part. The caliper fitting on the new rear hose was different than the one that was installed. The new one had a fitting with crush washers.

Seemed to go on OK, but it was a little snug bolting up. Now I'm thinking the original ones were NPT type pressure fit and the new one was just a straight bolt with crush washers. Haven't bled it yet, waiting for a helper. Any thoughts?

The new one is shown installed.

Thanks

As long as it doesnt leak and works then IMO it's not a problem but that hose doesnt look like the dedicated one which is like your old one, google out the LR part number LR008149 and see images.

No response on this from the vendor (British Atlantic). They did remove the part from their inventory, they no longer offer an option for the rear brake hose at all.

No leaks, seems to work fine. Concerned I may have gooned up the caliper threads, so I may have to replace the calipers if I ever replace the hoses again.
