Passenger footwell water ingress

RRS s/c 2007 - hi new to the forum seeking some ideas on where water might be entering into passenger side footwell, seen lots of topics on sunroof drain issue but mine has no sunroof, car has been standing for some time and the water which filled the wiring loom channel down the left side looks very much like rain water
Any help would be much appreciated.

Could be from the holes in the A & B pillars, a warped cowl letting water in through the pollen filter vent on fire wall or side air intake.
