Best Cheap/Budget Lights?

Hey guys, just wanted to get some input on the best cheap lights out there.
Don't want to break the bank as this is going on my beater.
I need some new spots for the roof rack.
I don't want LED Light Bar options... Sticking to the big lamps.
Let me know if you have had any good experiences. Thanks!

Garage
IMHO, you can't miss with KC Daylighters. Had them on my old Cherokee and they parted the darkness! Make sure you use a relay; they draw a bunch of current.

ArmyRover, went with the budget Hellas. Installing this week. I will update with pics. Found a better deal on 7" spots than on the smaller KC's!
