Suggestions for Land Rover specialists Dealer Vs. Private Guys to deal with electric

If I do, which I think I am, buy that non starting LN2
Can anyone recommend good mechanics in New Jersey or Eastern Pa?
Is it advisable to use dealers for diagnosing electrical problems and clearing codes or are private specialists best?
Thanks
