41 faults from 15 modules... where to begin?

i just got my nanocom EVO today. wonderful surprise when i was expecting it monday... though i must say, i don't see much that it does that's not in the foxwell for 1/3 of the price. two tools is fine tho.

back story:
2006 NAS RRS 4.4 petrol
purchased it relatively cheap with suspension fault, and going in and out of crash/emergency mode

i've noticed that there appears to have been a significant amount of water beneath the rockers in both driver and passenger door sills. i noticed that on the pass. side when fixing my front windows, so i opened the driver side as well.

what it's doing (exactly):

when starting the truck, the air compressor would run for a second or two, then cut off with amber suspension fault.
when going into emergency mode, i get this:
41 faults from 15 modules... where to begin?-img_8266.jpeg
and all interior electronics shut down except the instrument cluster, and the hazards turn on
the truck will continue to run and drive if it goes into crash mode, but will not crank once shut off
when in emergency mode, i also get HDC, EPB, and other various faults

what i've done:
replaced the battery with a top shelf battery (even though old one tested out fine)
replaced the brake lamp switch
replaced the brake lamps
physically removed (but not disconnected) the instrument cluster. fussing with this will result in exiting emergency mode, though i'm not sure how/why.
when in emergency mode, i've fussed with the wiring looms running in both door sills, no change.
performed vehicle reset with nanocom EVO, does nothing for me.

here are the 41 codes pulled, retrieved from the car AFTER all codes cleared, and after emergency mode has come on:

i'm not sure if the EAS computer is on the fritz, or if it's got AMK software with a hitachi pump... the hitachi that was on there looked really good when i got it, not like it had been down there for 13 years. maybe somebody updated to AMK and had software flash, and then the previous guy who tried to fix this slapped a hitachi back on? grasping at straws here...
but i'm getting failures when querying the air valves:
41 faults from 15 modules... where to begin?-img_8310.jpeg41 faults from 15 modules... where to begin?-img_8311.jpeg

i also seem to regularly be unable to clear faults from the front lighting module and the body control module:
41 faults from 15 modules... where to begin?-img_8313.jpeg41 faults from 15 modules... where to begin?-img_8314.jpeg

i don't think it's a vehicle height sensor issue, as they are all reporting similarly, and they were accurately reflecting when i had the vehicle jacked up on the left side:
41 faults from 15 modules... where to begin?-img_8315.jpeg

I'm affraid you'll have to visit a main dealer for vehicle software upgrade to rule that out before you start chasing a bad contact on the CAN path co that can be a nightmare

My friends call me Fery

2000 Discovery Td5 ES manual

Hawkeye v.6, Nanocom EVO,
VDM UCANDAS, oscilloscope

if you think my english is peculiar it means you didnt hear my japanese

ALL MY ADVICES ARE BASED ON MY OWN KNOWLEDGE AND MY WAY OF UNDERSTANDING THE DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION OF SYSTEMS... I'M NOT A LAND ROVER TRAINED SPECIALIST JUST AN ADDICTED ENTHUSIAST.

i'll burn this truck to the ground before i visit the dealer!

i have begun downloading what i believe to be the correct software from genesis for my ECUs, but...

nanocom EVO reports my Instrument Pack as:

HARDWARE NUMBER: YAH500172
SOFTWARE NUMBER: NNV502246
ASSEMBLY PART NO: YAC500473PVJ

genesis doesn't have a corresponding ASSY# for my VIN, the nearest is YAC500465PVJ

if i go by HW# YAH500172, the corresponding ASSY# is IPK_COOL-LVL15_061106, and the corresponding SW# are NNS502941, NB500330, and NNV506120.

genesis doesn't have a corresponding SW# for my VIN either...

Also, the BCM files on genesis don't correspond to what's in this truck.
