Lightbulb key security code

I've lost key'security code and I have just one key of my car. Please, anyone could help me if is there any way to extract the security code to duplicate the key or I must give up everything to buy a complete new set of original keys ?
Thanks for everything. I'm a new one. Sorry.

If you have the original owner's manual package, it may be handwritten there in one of the package documents. Think that is where I found mine. Written in by Buckhead Land Rover guy when sold. At least that is what I remember. Maybe you can get it from the dealer with the VIN.

A replacement key will have it's own unique code.
The code is inside the key shell.
Any new key will need to be programed by a service facility that has a interface device for the vehicle computer.

Finding the code for a lost key will be of no use.
