Lift Kit Question, D2

I am planning on lifting my '01 Discovery 2.

I have seen a bunch of discrepencies on here as to what is needed to this much of a lift.

I plan on buying 3" springs, 3" shocks, adjustable panhard rod.

Is that all I need?

First, what sort of trails will you be running, are you sure you want a 3", who are you planning on buying the set up from?
The panhard is not really needed although the front axle assembly will shift a little to the drivers side.

Deep water and mud. I live in central Florida, so no rock climbing. I need clearance and pretty good articulation. I was looking at Toddco Suspensions. Land Rover Suspension Lift Kits

Probably go with a tall narrow mud tire like a 235/85/16 (32x9.3x16) or a 265/75/16.

I would make a suggestion, both RTE and OME make 3" lifts, and you get a chance to order any of 3 or 4 coil rating depending, might look into it, better then buying a no name with no idea as to the coil rating.
Also stay with either the extended )ME shocks from GBR or use a 7100 Bilstein, nothing else, cause the others on the market are really junk shocks.

Is this your daily driver? If so, you may want to consider sticking to just the 2" lift. I have a 2" lift on mine and can just squeeze into may parking grages. When I get another daily driver, I plan on putting the 3" springs under it.
