For the LR3, what is the proper change in height between "off-road" mode, "on-road" mode, and "crawl" mode? When I take delivery and adjust the height, how much change should I see?
The LR3 will also go into a "hyper extended mode" when the "Rock Crawl" setting on the Terrain Response is selected and the vehicle suspects it is grounded. This may happen in other settings such as "MUD RUTS" but I have only managed to get it to happen in the "Rock Crawl" mode. The HEM is good for another 2" above the "off Road" height (I think) but LR3 will advise you to lower the vehicle when the obstacle is cleared.
Anyway it's all in the owners manual.
