1964 Series IIA - Parts vehicle or project? Advice please!!

Hi everyone,

My wife has inherited a Series IIa (1964 I believe) - it last ran in the late 80's, and has been sitting idle ever since (rusted petrol tank). We'd like to sell the vehicle, but haven't a clue in terms of figuring out its value, or whether or not it would only be good for parts, or if this would be a good restoration project for someone. If we just sell it for parts, we don't have to go through probate and title transfer procedures, but if the vehicle has a future on the road then we should (we're in BC, Canada).

Photos available at https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BxXZy1O2JdYxN1RnN2lkT2ZETzg - your comments and suggestions would be very welcome.

This is definitely a good resto project. The truck has a lot going for it. The body appears to be in good condition, it has a safari top, and capstan winch. Even the elephant hide seats are in good shape (at least until someone sits on them), and the interior is complete. I'm betting that it could be running over a weekend.
