No Brake Lights

My brake lights have all (3) stopped working. All fuses and wiring looks good. Bulbs are good. I've been trying to fix this for days now and cant seem to figure anything out. Ideas?

Brake light switch is a simple power in power out (when brakes applied)
Check for power to and if okay power thru.
If no power to check fuses.
Hope that helps.
Let us know how you make out.

So I took the "brake switch" out and tested it. Got no readings. Went to napa and showed them the switch, to which they showed me one that wasn't even close to the 2 prong one with a vacuum line on it that I had in my hand. The local junk yard here has a 90 rrc so I went and pulled it off that one. Came back and installed it and nothing. Traced the wires again, fuses, everything you can think of. Was reading more about brake switches and came across an article that stated that some vehicles have 2, yes 2 switches on the peddle. One for cruise control with a vacuum line on it and another higher up for the lights. Sure enough, theres a second one way above the cruise one 4 prong not 2 and much larger. And sure enough it matched napa. Went and got the one from napa and everything works.

So for those non mechanical folks out there, we have 2 switches!

I got a Series IIA last year and had the same problem. I was pleased to learn there is 1 brake light switch. I swapped it out, and brake lights worked. Thus began my new life learning all things maintenance and repair of my 1970 Series IIA. Hahaha! This forum is encouraging, so thank you all!
