Aftermarket wheels

Just any FYI for anyone looking for a set of aluminum wheels for there D1.

Wheel Finder - Truck & Jeep Wheels, Off Road Wheels, Cast & Steel Wheels on 6.5&cio=False&df=0&dt=0&finish=0&cons=0&ab=False&p g=1&SortBy=DisplayPrice&SortDir=asc

I found several sets of wheels for only $50.00 each. They will need a little work before they will fit. I purchased mine and they look great on my Disco....

If you need to get lugs, just go to Stockton Wheel Service - Custome Wheels. they sell 16mm x 1.5 lugs.... Nothing wrong with the stock wheels, but something different is not so bad from time to time....

Little Work

The wheels would not slide up all the way onto the lug studs.... Bolt pattern is perfect and centered perfect... Just the studs would curl up the aluminum if you were to force the wheel on... So I had to drill out the lug holes from the back side of the wheel... just open them up a fraction. So wheels would slide all the way on... Everything else was perfect... Just the lug holes are not large enough... Im talking 1/8 of an inch or less....
