After good heads being swapped out, looks like I need a new block in the SE7. Gonna have to wait till after the move to Texas. Then I'll just do a whole rebuild on the truck. It's got a good frame, good straight body and clean history.

Well, after changing the coolant cap and completing everything the SE7 is spewing coolant and after much work, I can't keep him from wanting to get hot now. Can't run a block test for exhaust because it's only leaking when it comes up to temperature. Have a spare set of good 4.6L heads I'm going to put on to either rule out the Heads being cracked OR the block.

"...it's only leaking when it comes up to temperature." Should read, "...It's only leaking when it's under load."

After a few weeks of ownership, I've managed to clear the CEL (she sat a long time). I've also replaced the following:

    Rear Light Guards
    Transmission Boot
    Front Windshield Cowl
    Front Aux Light
    New Wipers
    New Low Beams
    Water Wetter
    OBD Temp Gauge

I'll do the rear bumper cover soon. I have to remove it from my '01.

Picked up a new (to me) truck. I got a very well cared for 2004 G4 from the original owner. She is in need of a little TLC but nothing too major from a cost perspective, aside for new paint.

Coming along... top end painted and front bumper on. Waiting on the rear bumper to get here in June and then he goes back out to paint the bottom half in July.

    Next - Paint & Bumpers.

I’ll be putting the 2” Lift and SS Brake Lines on this truck once I pull them from the other truck. Winch will get moved too. Nearing project completion. I can’t do paint, so that will get outsourced. Thinking mirrored Lambo wrap.

I'm retiring the '01 SE. She spun a bearing. Needs the rear frame replaced and there's rust coming into the cabin. It's been a good run but the cost to fix all of that is too great. Picked up an '04 SE with a blown headgasket. Starting anew.
