A clay bar and wax won't get rid of scratches. A clay bar is used to clean the paint very thoroughly. It gets rid of all the little deposits on your paint. Wax is just to protect what's underneath...

It's 4 or 5 bolts I think. They're usually completely seized up, so I wouldn't even try to remove them. Just cut or grind.

the 34x10.50 isn't really a 34" tires. It's more like a 32" - 33". Why put 31's on your disco? You can fit a 32 or 33 easily.
