just picked up Disco number 9 it's a beautiful Rutland red se7 and is in pretty good shape.the problem I'm having is my drivers side window and both sunroofs won't open, when pressing the drivers side button there's a faint click behind the glove box, could this be my BCU acting up? if anyone has an idea on where I should start to find the problem let me know. Where is the sunroof relay located and the window relay located? Can I test with a multimeter at my ECU or BCU? And where the hell is the BCU on the D2? I've swapped about a million window regulators and I fell like it's too much of a coincidence that all three motors would craps out. I'm doing some pretty serious alterations to the interior including replacing the dash so I will have everything completely exposed if a week or so.. any information helps. Mainly the location of the relays and the BCU, after I know where they're at I can chase down the possible short. Thanks!

I'd recommend jumping the sunroof and window motors with a 12V source to see if you can get a response from them. If you can't you'll need to replace all 3 motors. It's unlikely that the BCU would cause that failure and the windows/sunroofs are on different circuits so it shouldn't be a fuse.

Su update to this post, the sunroof issue turned out to be bad motors. As far as the drivers side window is concerned I'm stumped. It's not the switch its not the regulator (got a new one and tested it) not a fuse, so it must be a short or ...? Thinking about pulling my dash again and seeing what I can see.
