So my disco has been smelling way rich lately, so I got under the hood to see what I could find. What I found was fuse #2(engine management system). I figure that would probably make it run rich out of no where so replaced the fuse. Still smelled rich and would studded ever so often. Check the the fuse blown again. It will blow a fuse shortly after starting to drive. Can crank and idle and won't blow. So is this a kinda common thing specific work through? Is it all electrical? Any help is welcome.

did you ever figure out the reason for the engine management fuse to keep blowing... im troubleshooting this issue right now on my 03 disco 2 ... i need some help if you could... thanks

It can have many reasons, most of them explained in the link posted in post nr 3, no common pattern, it needs troubleshooting by isolating each involved circuit one by one
