114:Shuttle Valve Electric Failure - after option B
I've checked my work twice and it bench tests perfect. Any ideas?

did you use the trailer connector? I did on the first one I did, and I'd still get intermittent SVS faults. I think some of them don't make very good connections. The next time I did it, I just used a wire tap and no issues.

That's what I'm thinking. I will hard wire in the fix. Thanks for the feed back.

So, After the 3rd time of taking it apart and re-soldering connections and replacing the trailer connector with wire it's fixed. I must not have had a good solder joint.
